Reigate Physio
Overview
Reigate Physio came to us as a new business with no name, logo or online presence. The brief was to provide a simple website that gave clients enough information on the services provided, and ensure prospective clients could easily make contact.
Context & Challenge
The business had no visual or digital identity. They needed a friendly new logo that would instil confidence in their services and create a professional impression. The website needed to be easy to use and guide people quickly to take action. As a mobile service it was important to gain trust as there was no physical office or clinic to visit.
Processes & Insights
We spent a few hours with Vicky learning about her aspirations and hopes for the new business and the website. It became clear that she wanted the website to hold information that would help people to choose her as their physio.
Once we had a grasp of Vicky’s vision and style, we built a site to reflect it.
We had 2 telephone consultations and 3 face to face sessions. At every stage we listened to Vicky and what she had to say about her business. We reflected this in her website.
We learned about her and her clients and were able to plan a path that would help them connect.
Solution
A new logo for the business was created and the theme was carried through to the website. Clean lines and colours create a professional and warm image.
The website is easily navigated and branded clearly giving continuity and a sense of thoughtfulness towards the client.
Result
The new name, logo and website look fresh and professional and give confidence to the business.
No matter where you are on the site, there is a clear call to action. This is exactly what Vicky wanted.
