Maddox Technical Solutions
We are a husband and wife team with over 50 years combined experience in IT, business consultancy, and projects.
We work predominantly in south east of England, but have customers all over the world.

Simon Maddox
With over 38 years of technical knowledge, Maddox Technical Solutions have become experts in SME consultancy, strategic forward planning, and futureproofing companies with an online presence.
Simon trained with the BBC and went on to develop and run his own business in electronic engineering. As technology moved on, so did he.
Simon went on to develop and grow an international company specialising in Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery, working closely and winning contracts with companies such as Boeing, Pfizer, RBS and Santander.
Now working back in Reigate, he spends some of his designing and building websites for SMEs and small groups, and providing IT and web service consultancy and support.
Simon is also available for SME strategic consultancy work.
Simon’s love for TV and studio engineering is still with him. You can see below how he still manages to scratch that particular itch!
Fiona Maddox
Fiona comes from a varied background, mainly in design, sales & marketing, and project management.
She has over 10 years of experience writing web content for educational and charity organisations, giving her an excellent eye for design, detail and content.
Working as a project manager within the construction industry prepared her for seasonally long days that were often peppered with multiple changes. She now has built a resilience against reacting with short term measures and is determined to help others set long term goals.
Fiona’s previous career was in the Civil Service where she was a team leader and technical trainer. CMS and MSOffice support is carried out by Fiona with clients who need help keeping their skills up to date.
Fiona’s latest training has been in Social Media Management, and has begun curating and managing some social media accounts for local businesses and organisations.
She is also a keen musician and singer, and can often be found in front of a camera and piano recording for one of the local churches.
Studio Engineering in Redhill town centre
When not building websites or redefining a companies IT strategy, Simon can often be found behind the controls of the studio he built for Three Central in Redhill.
The space is used for prerecording programme segments and live streaming.
